Hairdresser
- A
month or two before the wedding it is advisable to visit
the hairdresser and discuss how you would like to wear your
hair
- Discuss
the style of the dress and the theme of the wedding
- The
hairdresser should be able to suggest a style which will
best suit your theme
- Your
hair style you choose for the wedding needs to harmonise
with the style of your wedding dress and also with the shape
of your face
- If
an interesting veil or headpiece is to be worn, the hairdresser
may want a trial run to see how the headpiece will fit the
hairstyle
- Always
try out your hairstyle before the wedding
- Many
photographers offer you an engagement portrait as part of
your wedding package
- This
is the time to check hairstyle and makeup
- Choose
makeup colours that complement the look of the hairstyle
- Try
focussing on your best features
- Ensure
your hairdresser can cope with the number in your wedding
party
- Make
sure that the hairdresser understands the starting time
for your photography
- When
booking the appointment for your wedding day give yourself
plenty of time before the wedding starts and the photographer
will start photography (this is usually at least two hours
prior to the start of your service

You
are best to use your usual hair dresser. If you feel you need
a different hairdresser don't leave this to chance on the
day. Do have the hairdresser look after your hair for a period
before the wedding. This is being fair on the hairdresser
and yourself.
